Tall picture of chapelsAnyone interested in Hyde Park Cemetery and its activities and projects may join the Friends of Hyde Park Cemetery (FoHPC). FoHPC is an association which was constituted in 2003, following discussions and meetings between a number of people who share a keen interest in the cemetery.

The aims of FoHPC are:

> To support the restoration and conservation of Hyde Park Cemetery, Doncaster, its monuments, buildings and wildlife, and the natural beauty of their setting, for the long term benefit of the public, and as an environmental, historical and educational amenity.

> To provide a way for the community to have a positive input into the restoration and ongoing care and management of Hyde Park Cemetery.

You can check out our 2010 Action Plan here.

Volunteers play a vital part in the restoration and conservation of the cemetery and are a valuable resource. If you would like to help, through becoming a member of FoHPC, then we would be delighted if you were to contact us.
